Licensed under the Companies Act 1965 of Companies Commission of Malaysia with the capital of RM100,000/- divided into 100,000 shares of RM1.00 each.
The Company’s principal activities are marine/oil & gas services consultancy and insurance intermediary as agent. DGR’s insurance portfolio are mainly focused in the area of property, marine, oil and gas, motor vehicles, employee benefits programme, life, child’s education and liability insurance. DGR also holds a license to operate as a takaful agent.
